Description:
- Manage Overall Project activities in term of Coordination/Influencing with Government Line Departments at Project Intervention Areas of Sindh & Punjab Provinces.
- Maintenance of the filing system ensuring safekeeping of confidential material.
- Manage the program and ensure that activities are completed within the specified timeframe and to acceptable level of technical and program quality
- Support the preparation of the Project’s strategies, work-plans, weekly, biweekly and monthly reports.
- Support Project implementation and monitoring by way of liaison work with the District and the Field Offices;
- Administrative, financial and logistical support to the Managers/Head of Departments;
- Support communication and knowledge management.
- Custodian for management of office stationery supplies including maintenance of stock, list of stationery, distribution of stationery as required by staff and keeping a log of distribution.
- Assist and supervise program/project/district staff in accomplishing assigned tasks and direction regarding targets achievements.
- Submit monthly and completion reports of respective assignments to Head of Department SM & DM if same required to donors.
- Ensure to complete assigned tasks effectively and efficiently with in timely manner.
- Plan and implement needs-based capacity building for team members through mentoring and in house trainings.
- Any other tasks assigned by Senior Manager/Head of Department SM & DM.
- Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
- Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to concerned officials.
- Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.
- Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
- Minimizes risk on project.
- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Tracks and reports team hours and expenses on a weekly basis through utilization of technology.
- Manages project budget.
- Ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for project.
- Analyzes project margins, bill rates and utilization.
- Support, assist and coordinate with project team and donor in order to meet the project deadlines.
- Ensure submission of quality project reports on timely and efficiently.
- Submit monthly, quarterly and annually reports of respective assignments respective HOD.
- Must have computer and report writing skills.
