  • Receive calls from all patients and health seekers
  • Operators will generate messages with MR no. of all individuals’/ health seekers share concern DoctorOnCall and project team
  • Connect concern DoctorOnCall with patient as per requirement
  • Enter brief profile and data as per MIS requirement
  • Inform caller/ health seekers for the payment/ fees transfer
  • Inform detail with finance person and project manager
  • Ensure and follow to patient regarding services with help of project manager
  • Call center operator will ensure real-time reporting
  • To get feedback from project manager regularly
  • Call venter should run 8 AM to 10 PM (6/7 days in week)
  • To work for their 8-hour shift handling all incoming calls
  • Mange filling of all data on portal
  • Making backups of data and voice recording on daily basis
  • Make sure that all calls are picked up with in first bell
  • Now delay in holding patients
  • Must have computer and report writing skills
