Description:
- Set out, Level and survey the site.
- Check the plan and Drawing and quantities for accuracy of calculations
- Ensure that the material used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications.
- Manage, monitor and interpret the contract design document supplied by the client.
- Liaise with any client, subcontractor, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general work force involved in the project.
- Carry out day to day management of this site, include supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractor this is site specific and may not be case of all projects.
- Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
