HANDS Endowment TrustHANDS organized Three day “Training of Trainers” for project staff on Climate Justice and Leadership under medico funded project Climate Litigation.
Dr. Shaikh Tanveer Ahmed, CEO HANDS, served as the Master Trainer for the Leadership sessions.
Ms. Fatima Yamin, Climate Expert, facilitated the training sessions on Climate Justice.
The training aimed to build staff capacity on climate advocacy, improving skills for leadership, and rights-based approaches.
Participants learned about climate vulnerabilities, resilience strategies, and effective leadership models.
Interactive discussions, case studies, and simulations strengthened participants’ practical skills.
The “Training of Trainers” prepared staff to replicate training at the community level to amplify climate justice efforts.
Participants pledged to act as leaders and advocates for climate justice in their project areas.
