The HANDS in collaboration with the Sindh People’s Housing For Flood Affectees (SPHF), hosted an impactful event in Thatta to raise awareness about Gender-Based Violence (GBV) as part of the global 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence campaign. Under the theme “Unite to Prevent Violence Against Women and Girls,” the event focused on GBV, SEA, and SH, highlighting prevention and support measures in disaster-affected communities.

The event was graced by the presence of Deputy Commissioner of Thatta, Deputy Secretary Women Development Department, Legal Societies, DSP Women protection Cell, Civil Societies, NGOs, SPHF team and HANDE core team.
