Mr. Ahmed Bux Dayo, Chief HR at HANDS Foundation, warmly welcomed the SRSO delegation and provided an insightful briefing about HANDS Foundation’s Scope of work, organizational structure and core operations. Ms. Huma Siddiqui, Head of HR&ID at HANDS, delivered a detailed presentation on HR responsibilities, encompassing key functions such as recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits, training and development, payroll management, employee relations, performance management, compliance, health and safety, strategic planning, and record-keeping.
