In a significant move towards improving healthcare services in Sindh, Mr. Rehan Baloch, Secretary of the Health & Population Welfare Department, Sindh and Dr. Sheikh Tanveer Ahmed, CE of HANDS, recently signed an MoU to launch Electronic Client Record (ECR) in three hospitals. HANDS is the first organization that signed an MoU with PWD.
