HANDS Pakistan and Asia Petroleum Limited have signed an MOU at the HANDS Head Office in Karachi to establish a model village in District Larkana, with an estimated cost of PKR 25 million. The model village will include flood-resilient houses, comprehensive healthcare services, water sanitation and hygiene (WASH) facilities, and sustainable livelihood.
