HANDS Foundation, in collaboration with UNODC/EU and NACTA, held the closing ceremony of the “Youth’s Role in Promoting Peace” project across 7 districts of Karachi a milestone of the CPTP (Countering and Preventing Terrorism in Pakistan) initiative.
Ms.Rahila Rahim HOD Gender and Development shared the progress of the project
Over 3,400 individuals benefited through capacity-building in leadership, e-commerce, peacebuilding, and community engagement:
✅ 14 Youth Ambassadors trained
✅ 175 individuals connected with online stores
✅ 2,500+ community representatives reached
✅ 1,500+ attended advocacy seminars

Sindh Minister for Women Development, Ms. Shaheena Sher Ali, reaffirmed the government’s commitment to youth empowerment and gender justice.
Dr. Shaikh Tanveer Ahmed emphasized: “Sustainable development is not possible without peace our youth must lead the way.”
