Highlights from HANDS Foundation EMO Schools

HANDS Foundation successfully conducted a 4-day training program for trainers on the Continuous Professional Development Program at GHS Bhellar, GHS Kamal Khan Indhar, and GHS Pir Essa in District Sukkur and Khairpur. This initiative was carried out in partnership with the PPP Node, Government of Sindh.
The training covered various key areas, including:

Lesson Planning and its components, School Décor, Art, and Craft, Examination Conduction, Effective Questioning Techniques, Rubrics (student-wise), Staff Responsibilities, Reading Programs

EMOs and government teachers from all three schools actively participated in the training.

A special thanks to Mr. Hafiz Shab-ud-Din (Director of Education, Sukkur), Mr. Abdul Aziz Kalhoro (DEO Sukkur), and Mr. Rabait (PPP Node) for their valuable visits and support during the training.
