HANDS Foundation Scaling Family Planning in Sindh, Project team recently conducted various activities across multiple villages in districts Thatta, Sajawal and badin. These activities included meetings with Marvi workers, on-the-job training sessions, health committee meetings, and awareness sessions on family planning services, along with data collection for Married Women of Reproductive Age (MWRAs) and camps.
Through these activities, HANDS Foundation is enhancing community health awareness and improving access to essential family planning and healthcare services.
