HANDS Foundation has always remained committed to promoting quality education and empowering teachers through continuous support and development. In line with this vision, a four-day Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Training was successfully conducted at GHS Kamal Khan Indhar under the HANDS EMO Schools Project.
A total of 50 teachers from GHS Kamal Khan Indhar (Sukkur District), GHS Bhellar (Sukkur District), and GHS Pir Essa (Khairpur District) participated in this capacity-building initiative. The purpose of the training was to enhance teaching effectiveness and empower educators with modern, inclusive, and student-centered approaches.
Key topics covered included Assessment System in EMO, Classroom Layout & Dynamics, SAC Training, Inclusion Tool, Social Emotional Learning (SEL), Communication Skills, Digital Lesson Planning (with IT and Library Integration), AI in Education, and Micro Teaching.
