HANDS Foundation conducted a comprehensive training on mental health as part of the Peek Inclusive Eye Health Project, supported by CBM Christian Blind Mission.
The participants included a diverse group of individuals, members from various Disabled People’s Organizations (DPOs), and other key stakeholders. Dr. Tehseen Akhter (Psychiatrist) led the session, addressing mental health issues and ways to overcome these challenges.

During the session, all participants engaged in a healthy discussion and shared their experiences. They appreciated the topic and the trainer for providing valuable information on overcoming challenges, which would help them address their issues effectively
