To commemorate National Disaster Awareness Day, HANDS in collaboration with the Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA), Sindh observed the event at the Regent Plaza Hotel, Karachi. Participants included government officials, civil society, and flood 2022 affectees. Mock drills, awareness speeches, videos, and presentations were showcased at the event. Furthermore, PDMA Sindh & HANDS Pakistan displayed their stalls with demonstrable products of disaster risk response, reduction, and awareness.
