Highlights from the HANDS Foundation Jacobabad Office:
The U.S. Consulate General delegation, led by Scott Urbom, along with Deputy Mission Director Andrew McKim and Public Diplomacy Officer Anthony Johns, visited the HANDS office in Jacobabad. They were warmly received by HANDS’ leadership, including the esteemed Dr. Shaikh Tanveer Ahmed (Chief Executive), Mr. Maqbool Ahmed Rahu (Deputy Chief Executive), Sayed Waseem Shah (Head of WASH Department), Dr. Hina Hussain Kazmi (Chief of Party for WGS Activity), and Mr. Veer Bhan (DEM Jacobabad).

Dr. Shaikh Tanveer Ahmed provided a comprehensive overview of HANDS’ programs, geographical focus, and impact, while Dr. Hina Hussain Kazmi shared updates on the technical and civic engagement activities conducted in collaboration with the Municipal Committee Jacobabad (MCJ).

The U.S. delegation expressed their appreciation for HANDS Foundation’s impactful work in the region. The visit concluded with a thoughtful exchange of souvenirs presented by the esteemed Dr. Shaikh Tanveer Ahmed.
