Position:                     Manager Human Resource & ID

Reporting Line:         Sr. General Manager HR

Qualification:             Masters/MBA in HR

Experience:                5-6 years’ experience in related field.

 Description:

  • Coordinate department activities and special projects to ensure quality and meet timetables.
  • Evaluate department processes. Recommend and coordinate needed changes based on process analysis.
  • Direct staff in the development, analysis, and preparation of reports.
  • Assist staff to resolve complex or out of policy operation problems.
  • Conduct interviews provide employee orientation.
  • Coach and provide career development advice to staff.
  • Establish employee goals and conduct employee performance reviews in Head office as well as in other districts.
  • Prepare monthly training planner/calendar and convey them all concern staff/managers on regular basis.
  • Responsible for staff scheduling to include: work assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, shift rotations and provision of ID cards to all employees.
  • Coordinate with Human Resources for appropriate staffing levels.
  • Responsible to meet department productivity and quality goals.
  • Complete human resource paperwork.

HANDS requires M&E Manager for HANDS Head Office Karachi

  Position:                     M&E Manager

Reporting Line:         Sr. Manager & Sr. General Manager M&E   

Qualification:             Masters in social sciences

Experience:                2-3 years’ experience in education sector

Skills required:          IT Skills

 Description:

 Develop and implement a robust IT base monitoring and evaluation system that will ensure tracking of project/ programme results at different levels (outputs, outcomes and impact).

  • Keep abreast of new approaches and tools on M&E, and provide training to HANDS staff as requested. Enable staff to monitor and evaluate their own efforts, gather relevant data and produce required progress reports;
  • Regularly collect data on and analyse the Complaints Reporting and Feedback Mechanism accountability data to the management team to facilitate quality improvement.
  • Undertake visits to the field throughout the project, as needed to support and/ or supervise data collection or verify data quality;
  • Conduct & facilitate the baseline, midterm and end line evaluation of the project
  • Facilitation to donors in their monitoring visits to the project areas.
  • Assist senior general manager to develop reports and other tasks assigned
