HANDS believe that adventure & recreation enhances physical and mental health and improves the quality of life. Further it is understood that Adventure motivates employees, boosts their confidence and enhances self-awareness. Adventure often involves physical activities such as hiking, walking, outdoor games. These activities make employees feel fresh and relaxed. And encourage them to take risks, feel challenged, exhibit their skills, thus building self-confidence.
HANDS has good networking and linkages with several national and international institutes as well as universities so mostly faculty members of HANDS & counter parts visit to one another for the purpose of learning and exposures.
