The services of Human Institutional Development are offered under the banner of HANDS Institute of Community Development (HICD). HICD is committed to provide quality services in human and institutional development sector. The aim is to create a culture of learning where individuals and institutes take responsibility for their development in partnership with HANDS.
The objectives are to:
Ensure the availability of quality human resource.
Provide infrastructure/technology support to conduct quality trainings.
Provide trainers, material, training venues and equipment.
Facilitate video link lectures in selective districts.
Provide training venues for all internal and external (of other organizations) trainings.
HANDS ICD offer:

HANDS ICD did the capacity building of nearly 200,751 persons in four areas including community training, professional development, institutional development and consultancy services. HID provided these services through 32 Institutes of Community Development including 01 national, 04 provincial and 27 at district level.
