Organization Development Certification Course

This model is recommended for enhancing organizational capacity in operation, human resource management and financial management departments.

The objectives of this model are to:
 Increase organization’s significance and practicality in terms of operations.
 Build capacity of NPO/NGO/CBO managers regarding the governance and organizational management.
 Provide knowledge and skills to strengthen team work in organizations.
 Share and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and convey its importance.

 Need assessment of the applicant organization in the program, finance and governance.
 Organization capacity building plan agreed with the consultation process.
 Finance, program and governance system development.
 Capacity building of staff and governing board members takes place.
 Follow-up and on-job trainings.
 Facilitation of organization to go through the process of certification by Pakistan Centre of Philanthropy (PCP).
